2, brush: brush to evenly coated in the tapered roller bearing surface, do not accumulate, also want to notice to prevent leakage of coating.
3, spray method: not suitable for some large rust by immersion oil, generally about 0.7Mpa pressure filter with compressed air to spray in air cleaning. Suitable solvent spray dilution of anti-rust oil or thin film anti-rust oil. This method must be adopted to improve the fire safety and labor protection measures.
Pretreatment method of tapered roller bearing surface rust:
1, surface cleaning: cleaning must be combined with the FAG bearings surface and the nature of the conditions at that time. The commonly used methods are solvent cleaning method, mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning method.
